ATTENTION PES USERS

Provider Electronic Solutions (PES) will no longer be available for download after October 14, 2025, by the Kansas Medical Assistance Program (KMAP) due to end of Microsoft support for Windows 10 operating system. If you already have the software downloaded and are currently using PES to create your claims, you can continue to use it if your organization is on Windows 10.

When your organization upgrades to a more current version of Windows, it is expected that PES will no longer function. At that time, you will need to utilize a different tool or enter your claims in the secured Provider Portal. An alternate solution for PES billing is provided through the Kansas Modular Medicaid System (KMMS) secure provider portal in the form of templates and rosters.
